Pure organic maple syrup tapped, boiled, and bottled at Madava Farms, an 800-acre estate in New York's Hudson Valley. Robb and Lydia Turner founded Crown Maple in 2010 to produce estate-made syrup the way wine producers work: from trees on their own land in Dover Plains, New York, with no off-farm blending. Amber grade is the middle register, more flavor than the lighter grades without the heavy bitterness of dark. Glass bottle, 750mL.
