The American Blazer is built entirely in the United States, from raw material to finished garment. The wool comes from a Colorado ranch certified under the Responsible Wool Standard, gets spun at American Woolen's Connecticut mill (operating since 1853), and is constructed at Ferrara Manufacturing in Queens, NY using single-needle sewing and full canvas construction. Straight lines, natural shoulders, a single back vent, and a 3-roll-2 button stance. It fits without tailoring and improves with age. While this product is plastic-free, it does contain a semi-synthetic viscose interior lining (made from processed wood pulp).
