That's the whole supply chain, from seed to finished sheet, without leaving the country. The Basic Sheet Set is their simplest offering: 100% cotton, percale weave, 140 thread count, inspired by 1920s bedding construction. That means a thicker yarn and a more open weave than the high-thread-count stuff you see everywhere, which makes for sheets that are actually crisp and breathable rather than slippery and synthetic-feeling.
