Daily Elements is just four things: micro broccoli, micro kale, micro red cabbage, and micro peas, all grown in their own indoor farm outside Chicago, free of pesticides and without soil contamination. They freeze-dry the microgreens to preserve the nutrients, and the result is a powder that actually tastes subtle enough to mix into anything. Three-quarters of a teaspoon gets you the equivalent of 6.7 cups of leafy greens. If you're not getting enough greens in your diet, and statistically you're probably not, this is an easy fix.
