Vortic salvages antique American pocket watch movements before they get scrapped for metal, restores them to running condition, and builds a custom wristwatch case around them in Fort Collins, Colorado. This one carries a 17-jewel Illinois Watch Company movement from 1922, with its original gilt medallion dial, Art Deco numerals, and blued hands intact. It's absolutely beautiful. The case is machined 316L stainless steel; the strap is Horween shell Cordovan, made in the USA. No two Springfield 182s are the same. When it sells, it's gone.
